About Me
I am a Personality Development Trainer, Mind Trainer, and Wellness coach who believes in the mantra “Change starts from within”.I strongly feel that everyone has the potential to make one’s life beautiful and successful by realizing their true capabilities, and I enable them to become the best version of
themselves.I am an effective communicator and strong-willed person who effortlessly connects and bonds with people.I have done my Fellowship (Insurance), M. Com and MBA (Human Resources) which helped me connect with people. I am also a certified trainer from The Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD).
I have a rich experience of 13 years in the Business Process Unit and Banking industry
where I have worked in varied departments like the corporate unit, operations and front office,which equipped me to deal with numerous people from all walks of life.
My area of interests includes soft skills, personality development and I specialize in Image, Etiquette, Inner Wellness and Fitness Management.My sessions are attended by professionals from the IT industry, defence, college students,teachers, and doctors. My sessions are lively and include role-plays and storytelling techniques and are conducted in a highly participatory environment where the participants feel
energized and self-motivated at the end of the session.
My Class
Train your Brain, Rejuvenate your mind
This class is a fun filled workshop on training your brain and tuning your mind. This workshop will include activity based techniques to train your brain and tune your mind. One of the program objectives has been to see that it would ultimately help the children to improve their levels of focus and concentration. This also helps the students to gain confidence and this is one of the major advantages of these sessions. They believe in themselves showing more confidence.They will be able to socialise & network with people better, they will be able to love and respect people and surrounding which in turn will lead to their gaining love, respect and a better and healthier social environment.
Learning Goals: Improve concentration levels, reduce stress, improve performance in academics, overcome exams fear, improve memory power, improve communication and relations with others and become a balanced person with overall inner wellness.
