Requirements for Teaching

Classbuk does not require formal teaching credentials. We believe that many adults can offer rewarding classes based on their experience and interests.  We do have several requirements and standards. Teachers need to meet these standards to become and remain a teacher with Classbuk

     

    Basic Requirements:

     

    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Laptop / PC 
    • Citizen / Resident of India
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Verifiable identity and background ( Possession of Govt approved ID & address proof and PAN card ) 
    • Agree to Terms & Conditions of the Company

     

    Qualitative aspects 

    • A professional pleasing personality. 
    • Focus on outcome-based teaching with clearly communicated goals, timelines and measurable outcomes. 
    • Inspires a love for learning. 
    • Treat Client’s ( Parent and Learner) satisfaction to be of paramount importance. 
    • Be prompt in responses to requests/queries from the Classbuk team or from Parents. 
    • Punctual, limited reschedule and class cancellations unless due to unavoidable circumstances.
    • Regular tracking of home assignments, tests and Parent updates
    • Meet the very high community and professional standards with learner and parent centricity.

     

     

    Technical aspects

    • Possess expertise and qualifications to teach the relevant classes. Any awards won would be an added advantage
    • Possess technical and non-technical know-how to effectively run and engage students in online classes.
    • Possesses content for online classes (curriculum, pdf, worksheets pdf, ppts, flashcards, online tools, website knowledge etc ) 
    • A sufficient number of free slots available for teaching 
    • No immediate long term breaks causing disruption of classes.
